Wear the 50 Year Veteran Bar
Pack 82 has been in existance since 1958. As of 2008, Pack 82 has completed 50 years of service to our community. Every member of Pack 82 is eligible to wear the 50 year Veteran Bar on their uniform. It is to be worn on the left sleeve in between the Dan Beard Council patch and the Pack 82 unit numerals.
The Scout Shop usually won't inform you of this patch when you purchase your uniform and other required patches.
PACK 82 EARNS THE 2010 100% BOYS LIFE CENTENNIAL AWARD!

Pack 82 has provided a quality program for our scouts by providing trained leaders, having a high percentage of scouts earn their rank advancement, and have continued to grow as a pack. Due to this and some other additional factors, Pack 82 has been awarded the 2010 Centennial Quality Unit Awards. This makes the 4th consecutive year Pack 82 has been a Centennial Quality Unit Award recipient.
This patch can (and should be) worn on the right sleeve, 4 inches below the shoulder seam. For new scouts who are purchasing a uniform, the scout shop ususally won't include this patch in the "required" patches you need. Just be aware that the Pack has earned it, so you can wear it!
The Pack also has earned a banner that was placed on the pack's flag at the December 2010 Pack meeting.
